Under an "Order Processing" (short OP) within the meaning of Art. 28 of the privacy policy (GDPR), a simplified service is understood, in which personal data on behalf and instructions of the responsible person by a service provider (be collected, processed and/or used by GDPR. Before such an order is awarded to a service provider, we conclude a special contract with the service provider and ensure further measures to protect your personal data.
 
"Cookies" are small text files that are stored on your device (e.g. computer or smartphone) and which store certain settings and data for the exchange with our system via your browser. IP addresses are sequences of numbers that can be assigned to individual it devices or to a group. The IP serves to be able to assign data to the correct recipient, like postal addresses.
 
"Personal data" are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, residential address, as well as bank and payment data, but also Health data, Art. 4 No 1 GDPR.
 
"Person in charge" in accordance with Art. No 7 of the GDPR is any person or body who, alone or together with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. (here: the website operator).

We need this information in order to ensure the functionality of the website and to make your visit to this website as pleasant as possible. We reserve the right to analyze the logged data for the purpose of data security. We do not carry out individual profiling, which gives information about your personalized usage behavior, by means of the technically necessary data. The log data is not linked or merged with other data sources.

3.1 Subscription to our Newsletter
 
On the website of the DoKaSch GmbH Air Cargo Equipment + Repair, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our enterprise`s newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller.
The DoKaSch GmbH Air Cargo Equipment + Repair informs its customers and business partners regularly by means of a newsletter about enterprise offers. The enterprise`s newsletter may only be received by the data subject if (1) the data subject has a valid e-mail address and (2) the data subject registers for the newsletter shipping. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.
During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a data subject at a later date, and it therefore serves the aim of the legal protection of the controller.
The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will only be used to send our newsletter. In addition, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the newsletter offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the data subject has given for shipping the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding link is found in each newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly on the website of the controller, or to communicate this to the controller in a different way.

After registration, we will provide each customer with a password-protected access to download up-to-date information and data sheets free of charge to learn more about our company and our products. Our registration service for the use of personalized services is subject to the following personal data: Title, first name, surname, position, department, e-mail address, telephone number, company, street, zip code, location, country and the product interest we process to this purpose. If you are registered, you can access content and services that are only offered to registered users. The personal data you enter will only be collected and stored for internal use at DoKaSch GmbH.
 
By registering on our website, you will save the IP address, date and time of registration, which is given by your Internet service provider. The storage of this data takes place as it is the only way we can prevent abuse. In addition, these data enable the criminal offences committed to be clarified if necessary. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary for hedging. A transfer of this data to third parties does not take place unless there is a statutory obligation to pass on or the transfer of law enforcement serves. We would draw your attention to the fact that in this case a deletion of your personal data takes place, provided that statutory retention obligations do not prevent this and, if the data are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose pursued with the storage, or If their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. Until then we block your data instead of deleting it.

e-mail address). We use your data solely for the purpose of processing and answering your request. Your data will not be passed to third parties. If no other legislation is in conflict with this and your request does not serve to prepare a contract, your information will be deleted within a reasonable time after the completion of the processing.

4 Transfer of your data, usage of service Providers
 
We collect and use your data according to the legal requirements and only for our own purposes. A transfer to third parties does not take place, unless there is a legal obligation to do so, you have agreed to the transfer or the disclosure is required to fulfill a contract between you and us.
 
4.1.1 Transfer of your data due the performance processing
 
We will only transfer your data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligation. This includes the transfer of your data to the shipping service provider (e.g. Deutsche Post) for the delivery of the orders made or the transfer of the required payment data to the payment service provider for processing the payment. We only transfer the data required for the respective task fulfillment. A further use of your data by the service provider does not take place.
The legal basis for the transfer of data is Article 6 (1) lit. B GDPR.
 
4.2 Usage of service providers due the performance processing
 
As far as we have to dodge to other service providers to enable our offer we will provide them with a necessary access to your data, of course there will be a contract for Order Processing (short OP contract) in accordance with article 28 GDPR with our service providers for Order Processing. We will also remain responsible for the protection of your data. Due to the conclusion of the contract, the service providers used are not considered as third parties.
 
5 Integration of services and content of third parties
 
It may happen that within this online offer content of third parties, such as videos from Vimeo, maps of Google Maps, epaper of Yumpu or graphics from other websites are included. This always requires that the providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, you might not be able to send the content to the user`s browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We only use such content for provider which uses the IP address to deliver the content. We have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform the users.
 
6 Duration of data use/storage
 
A deletion of your personal data takes place, if you have claimed a cancellation claim or if the data to fulfil the purpose pursued with the storage is no longer necessary or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
 
7 Location of data use
 
Your data is usually processed in Germany. In exceptional cases, information that you transmit to us may be stored on servers within the European Union (EU). Should we deviate from this as "responsible", we will notify you accordingly.
 
8 Data Security/Secure data Transfers
 
We would like to inform you that security vulnerabilities may occur when transferring data on the Internet
(e. g. via e-mail). It is therefore not possible for us to have complete protection against access by third parties. We secure our IT systems (including the website/s) by means of so-called technical and organizational measures (in short TOM) against unwanted: entry, access, disclosure, loss and distribution as well as destruction and alteration by unauthorized persons.
Your personal data is transmitted via Internet using the Secure Socket Layer Coding System
(256 bit SSL encryption).
For the purpose of data security, your IP address as well as the date and time of the visit are also logged.

9.1 Right of withdrawal
 
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 7 (3) of the GDPR at any time and without any costs incurred by the transmission costs in accordance with the basic tariffs Exceed.
