Our DoKaSch team, consisting of Anna Quirmbach, Marcel Thran, Maurice Thran and David Gemmer, recently had the opportunity to visit Cargolux and gain in-depth insights into the company’s daily operations.
From the warehouse and handling processes to exclusive impressions from the apron, including the loading and unloading of cargo aircraft, the visit provided an extremely valuable perspective on the operating environment in which our customer works on a daily basis.
Experiencing these processes first-hand helps us to better understand the challenges, requirements and priorities on the ground. For us, this close connection to daily operations is essential to further develop efficient and practical solutions that truly meet the needs of our customers.
